Claire is a Mental Performance Coach with a Master's degree in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior. She loves to run, hike, mountain bike, and played many competitive sports growing up. As a former Division 1 collegiate athlete she has come to appreciate the link between the mind and body, and has experienced firsthand how training both the physical and psychological aspects of whatever you do leads to peak performance. Claire's athletic experience along with her educational background motivated her to dive into the mental performance world and she loves what she does!
Claire is passionate about helping performers of all types, ages, and skill levels improve their game and become their best. She has experience working with youth, high school, and college level performers--as well as recreational exercisers and leaders in other domains.
